Yesterday, Roberts Newby, an award winning estate agent for marketing innovation launched their use of SpotiD for their properties. We think their new SpotiD signboards look great.

Their editorial in the local property newspaper details why they are embracing SpotiD for their enquiries.

Whether buyers are seriously looking or just browsing, they are often curious about properties they stumble across that have a 'For Sale' sign displayed, an advertisement in a magazine or newspaper or even in an agent's window display.

However, they often don’t contact the agent immediately as they wish to do their homework first. They may want to research the area, drive the streets, assess local services, check the property details online and compare with other houses in the area. 

But how do they remember specific properties so they can satisfy their curiosity later, at their convenience? Which agent had that property? Where was it again? How much was it? Is it still available? 


Multi award winning estate agents Roberts Newby have joined forces with SpotiD to provide the solution.

Roberts Newby will now be tagging every property they market with a unique SpotiD code. These will be displayed with the pictures in the window and on each property where the client has chose to have a board.

Spot a specific property and enquirers will receive an immediate response with a link so they can research it later online at their convenience.

Making an enquiry is free and once the property has been “Spotted”, enquirers can get on with whatever they were doing, knowing with confidence that they will be reminded later to check out the property online without the need to waste time trying to search for it again.

Potential buyers and tenants can keep up-to-date with any specific property updates/news by subscribing to a specific property Spot. They will receive updates via their choice of SMS, Email, Twitter or IM.
